The BJC Cromer Course has a history of organizing a blend of top-tier judo instruction with enjoyable social activities. This week long course has been running for over 30 years and continues to provide great tuition and a break for all that attend.
You have the option of booking for one day to a full week.

Its a great course for all as it offers on and off the mat time as well as being set in a beautiful part of the UK.
Based in the seaside town of Cromer, Norfolk you have blue flag beaches on your doorstep, a royal family residence, steam railway, and an abundance of eatery's selling the famous Cromer crab and cream teas.

On the mat you will find;
- Technical coaching in Tachiwaza (standing) and Ne Waza (groundwork)
- Competitive training to help focus on contest winning
- Randori opportunity with Judoka outside of your normal club environment to enhance and expand your practice
- Kata coaching in Kata required for grading and other Kata to enhance your skillset
- Shudoshaidai qualifications and Non Contest grading.
- Off mat qualifications such as Referee and Table Official courses (subject to demand)

ON THE FRIDAY 29th MAY THERE WILL BE A NATIONAL GRADING .
This is a great opportunity to grade to a high level and also for anyone collecting points as it is point scoring.

This course is available to BJC, BJA and AJA members, creating a fantastic opportunity for all attendees to meet new people.
